| Let me tell you about my recent visit to Midway Buick to purchase a new Buick LaCrosse (AWD). Chris Demers greeted me outside a I was going in. I told him that I was interested in a new LaCrosse. We went to his office and he quickly went on-line to find an "AWD" LaCrosse and he found one. The car he found did not have other options that I was looking for. That evening after i returned home, Chris called to say he had found a vehicle that had all the options I was looking for. He generously offered to bring a new LaCrosse to our home for my bride to try out. My bride, Linda, drove the car the next day and fell in love with it. Chris came by our home that night. We agreed to purchase the car he had found. ,br> Inside of a week, we were driving a new LaCrosse. Chris was most professional and accommodating. | I recently purchased a vehicle from Midway Buick and had an amazing experience. I had that feeling of dread when I realized I had to go look for a new car and deal with the pressures and hassles of salesman trying to get me to buy something now whether I could afford it or not. I was in the market for a new vehicle because my lease was about to end. I didn't expect the service and satisfaction I received from Midway when I went to visit them. I found a GMC Terrain on the website and decided one Sunday afternoon to take a ride and look at it. When I arrived at the dealeship, Chris Demers was very helpful and answered all my questions about the Terrain and offered me a test drive. I felt like Chris was very honest and genuinely cared about delivering good service. After talking numbers, I went home and thought some more about it. The next day I contacted Chris to tell him I was interested but had a few things to work out with the lease I was in and financing. Chris was great, he put the Terrain on hold for me (WITHOUT A DEPOSIT). He was patient and waited almost a week for me to give him everything needed to finalize the purchase. Chris offered me a deal I could not pass up and worked magic in getting me financed. I will recommend Midway Buick to all my friends and family who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Chris's customer service is exceptional and definitely not what I expected. I will definitely be a repeat customer at Midway! Thank you!!! :) |
